This time was no exception. On top of that, the buyers turned out to be extremely difficult and demanding, expecting perfection in a used home. Kristen really went to bat for us and worked with the buyer’s agent to come to reasonable terms of repairs, which thankfully were inexpensive as we were on a tight budget. She also oversaw the repairs, getting us numerous quotes, scheduling the work, and ensuring the work was completed on time. During the whole process she was always one step ahead and every time something would come up she was relentless to make sure we got the best hand in the deal. I am seriously so thankful for Kristen, she really gave me piece of mind and did an awesome job. Before this whole process started, if I knew then what I know now, I never would have worried and lost sleep thinking about selling our house. Just call Kristen and you will be in the best hands!”
